Office 365 invoices are in the process of being integrated. You'll be able to see them and make payment to them in your portal soon.
If you have a monthly auto-payment set up for Office 365 services, you'll have a credit on your account until the invoice is added to your account. Once added the credit can be applied to that invoice.
